Christopher Sallay – President & Lead Pilot
With over 36 years in aviation, Chris Sallay brings unmatched expertise and passion to every mission. Starting flight training at 17, he holds FAA and Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot licenses, along with Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and Flight Engineer qualifications. He has logged thousands of hours on diverse aircraft, including the Bombardier Global Express and Challenger series.
Known for approachable leadership, unwavering confidence, and an uncompromising focus on safety, discretion, and professionalism, Chris has supported global VIP and executive operations seamlessly. Beyond the cockpit, his technical troubleshooting skills and collaborative approach shine in aircraft acquisitions, asset management, MRO advocacy, and mentoring emerging pilots.
